Iraq insists on U.S. withdrawal timetable: official | Reuters
“Iraq will not accept any security agreement with the United States unless it includes dates for the withdrawal of foreign forces, the government’s national security adviser said on Tuesday. But the government’s spokesman said any timetable would depend on security conditions on the ground.”
This may be good news for the United States, as it helps end the debate over what to do with the Iraq war. What if the US and Iraq come up with an agreement that doesn’t fit in with Obama’s picturesque view of the post-Bush world? He would probably just live to deal with it, as he will have to do with a lot of things that he wont have enough power to change even though he claims he can do it all. That is if McCain can’t stop him.
The site here suggests that McCain is currently trailing heavily, but a few close states look like they could swing his way and make a real competition out of it. Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Indiana are all within a few percentage points in recent polling. Add these to McCain’s current states on the map and he would have enough electoral votes for the Presidency. Bush won most of those four states in 2004, except for Pennsylvania where the Heinz legacy had its effect.
Here is some severe knowledge about video games. They market video games starring the college players, but due to NCAA rules they cannot feature the real player names.
